
Japan is well known for particular kind of dessert known as Kakigori - Ice is shaved from blocks, drizzled with fruit juices and topped with thick creamy milks, akin to condensed milk. They taste good, and they look good, and of course as the years progress, the look of these desserts just become more wild, and more whacky!
Top notes of Juicy Orange, Pineapple and Watermelon lead to a heart of Rose and Cyclamen and a base of Vanilla Sugar accord and creamy Musks evoking the tradition of topping the flavoured ice with thickened milks.
